As we believe that whould be enough. Access to the program is provided for 12 weeks from the date of purchase. As we believe that for an 12 weeks program is enough so you can move to the next improved program.

Use a weight that matches your strength level,challenging but manageable. Push yourself, but never sacrifice form for heavier loads. Progress comes from consistency and smart increases over time.

This is not a subscription, you pay once for the entire program.

About Me

I started going to the gym in 2010 and continued training until 2015, all while working as a chef. However, during that time, I realized that sports were my true calling. This passion led me to pursue a double major in sports. In 2016, I officially became a certified body trainer, and I have been dedicated to this profession ever since, accumulating over 10 years of experience.

I’d also like to share that I was once very underweight and had to work hard to transform myself. I managed every aspect of my life, including my sleep schedule, workout routine, and diet plans. Through consistent effort and discipline, I gained weight and achieved a great physique, which has fueled my commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
